Summary
In the SalesPRO software, customers with multiple in-office users must choose one computer to be in charge of the Roaming Workstation Sync agent as part of the setup process. This article will describe how to determine which office computer is in charge of the process at a later date.
Instructions
- From within one of the in office workstations, navigate to the Setup tab.
- Click on the icon Roaming Workstations.
- On the Roaming Workstations Window, switch to the Global Settings tab.
- The name of the computer in charge of the Roaming Workstation Sync agent will be displayed.
- To find the name of each in-office computer using SalesPRO, click on the Folder icon in your tray at the bottom of your screen.
- When the window opens, right click where it says "This PC", then choose properties.
- When the Properties window opens, look for "Computer name:".
