Why it was created
This hot fix updates the Roaming Workstation Sync Agent to address and issue that prevented initial syncs from completing fully when linked accounts (accounts for exporting to accounting) have been setup and are attached to products and additional charges. Without this hot fix products and additional charges that have been attached to a sales or purchase account won't sync. In addition to initial syncs this also apples to sync resetting.
