Symptoms
When you attempt to run more than one instance of one of the applications listed at the bottom of
this article, the first instance runs but the second does not. No error message is displayed.
Cause
The most likely cause is that your software license is setup for one user. Each instance of an
application counts as a user. When you attempt to run a second instance, the software is unable to
find a free user "slot" so it closes.
Resolution
Contact Solatech to purchase additional licenses.
Status
This behavior is by design.
