Summary

This article will describe how to change the email address to which Online Order Processing confirmations are sent.


Note:  Applies to Solatech version 4.2.0.456 and higher.


Instructions

  • From within Solatech, go to File>Preferences
  • In the left hand column, select Online Order Processing
  • In the right hand column, select the Manage my Solatech ID button



  • Click on the link "I want to change my password"
  • Enter a new password of your choice
  • Enter the password again to confirm
  • Click OK



  • You will receive notification that the password was changed
  • Click OK
  • Enter the new email address you would like to us in the Solatech ID box
  • Click Change
  • Enter the new email address in the Solatech ID box
  • Enter your new password in the password box
  • Click OK to exit preferences

NOTE: If the Software will not allow you to enter any text in the Solatech ID box or in the password box, click "Cancel" to exit preferences. Then reopen File>Preferences>Online Order Processing and continue.
