Summary
Solatech Focus allows a Site Administrator (SA) personalize the email message which is sent to each new Solatech Focus user. This article will describe the process of modifying the default template
Instructions
- Click on the Admin button from the upper navigational bar
- Click on Accounts from the sub-menu
- Expand the section Welcome Message
- You can modify the default template as desired for your site
- Information on additional fields that can be used can be accessed by clicking on the link Click here for information
- When editing is completed, you can send a test message to your email address, to insure that the email has the expected appearance.
Note: The fields in the section System access details are below should not be changed in the template. These fields include important login information for new users.
