Summary

After a quote or sales has been saved, Solatech Focus users can change the customer assigned to the quote or sale.  This knowledge base article provides instructions for changing the customer.  This can be done by Account Administrators (AA) or Sales Reps (SR).


Instructions

  1. On the Quote or Sale Review page, click the Change button in the Customer Info section in the upper right hand corner of the window



  2. From the list of customers, click the Select button for the correct customer (note: you may use the Search bar if needed)



  3. You will be taken back to the Quote/Sale Review page
  4. The customer will be the newly selected customer.
