Summary

Account Administrators (AA) can add terms & conditions which will appear on the signature page in Solatech. This article will describe how to add terms & conditions to this page. 


Note:  This can also be done by a Site Administrator (SA) for each of their accounts. 


Instructions

  1. Click on Admin from the upper navigational bar
  2. Scroll down until you see the section Terms and Conditions - Signature
  3. Here you can create the Terms and Conditions which will be shown on the signature page
  4. Pictures may be added if desired.  Note:  if adding pictures, you can use the copy/paste function only in the Firefox browser.  Otherwise, you may use the Insert feature in the editor to insert a link to a hosted picture. 
  5. Once you have completed entering the desired terms & conditions, press the Save button.
  6. These terms & conditions will be displayed on the signature screen


Note:  You can download the current terms & conditions document used for output; copy the contents and paste into the Focus editor.  You may need to perform a bit of formatting clean up if using this method.
