Summary

While Solatech Focus has a built-in feature to capture signatures on a touch screen device, you can also use your DocuSign account to request a customer signature via email. This knowledgebase article will describe the process. 


Note: These instructions require an existing DocuSign account. 

Instructions

  1. While logged into your Focus account, open the Quote, Sale or Order Review page
  2. In the Generate Reports section, select the output that you wish to send to your customer for signature
  3. Click the View Report button
  4. When the document has downloaded, open, and then save the PDF in an easily accessible location on your computer. 
  5. Log into your Docusign account online
  6. Upload the file you saved in step 4 to your DocuSign account
  7. Proceed with the DocuSign email process.
