Summary
While Solatech Focus has a built-in feature to capture signatures on a touch screen device, you can also use your DocuSign account to request a customer signature via email. This knowledgebase article will describe the process.
Note: These instructions require an existing DocuSign account.
Instructions
- While logged into your Focus account, open the Quote, Sale or Order Review page
- In the Generate Reports section, select the output that you wish to send to your customer for signature
- Click the View Report button
- When the document has downloaded, open, and then save the PDF in an easily accessible location on your computer.
- Log into your Docusign account online
- Upload the file you saved in step 4 to your DocuSign account
- Proceed with the DocuSign email process.
