Summary

Solatech Focus and DOS users can add customer notes to the customer record.  These notes are only visible from within the customer record, and will not print on any output generated from the system. 


Instructions

  1. On the customer details screen, locate the section Notes
  2. Expand the section by clicking on the triangle
  3. Type notes in the text box
  4. Press the Save button
