Symptoms

When you activate the software license via the Internet you get the following warning message:

You have exceeded the number of licenses that you have purchased or you choose to not activate

your software. Please contact Solatech for information on purchasing additional licenses.

You see this message even though you have not exceeded the number of licenses you have

purchased.


Workaround

Click OK and then close the software. Then re-open the software and then open an existing company

or create a new company. If the license activation process was successful then you will not see this

error message again.


Status

Solatech has confirmed this to be a problem with the software listed at the end of this article. As

more information becomes available this article will be updated.
