This article explains how to install the product policy used by version 4.2 of the Solatech Window
Covering Software.
More Information
The product policy determines what product access you have in the Solatech Window Covering
Software. If you are unable to run product updates and/or receive a message stating that the
product policy does not exist on this computer, you need to install your product policy.
To install your product policy
- From the main menu of the software, click Help>Technical Support>License>Update my Product Policy.
- You should receive a message stating the policy has been installed.
- Click OK.
