Run-time error 9 with vbalExpBar6 Print

Symptoms

When you run the Solatech Window Covering Software you receive the following error message:

Run-time error 9

Note: The title of the error message is vbalExpBar6.

This is caused by the color depth of the display adapter being less that 16 bit color depth. For

example 256 or 16 colors.

Switch the display settings on Windows to use meduim quality (16-bit) or high quality (32-bit)

colors.

Solatech has confirmed this to be a problem with the software listed at the end of this article. As

more information becomes available this article will be updated.
