This article explains how to enable the "Process Reports" comment in Order Entry.  This comment will remain on printed output throughout the Sales process.

  • To enable the "Process Reports" comment, you must have installed Hot Fix 333587.

Instructions


Setup Procedure

  1. From within Solatech, go to View>Other>Comment Types
  2. Using the drop down menu to the right of "Comment Types" in the upper left hand corner of the window, select "New"
  3. In the New Comment Type Window, type Process Reports in the text box
  4. If desired, you may change the font color
  5. Press the OK button to save your change.



Using Process Report Comments

  1. Open or create a quote
  2. Using the drop down box to the right of Comment Types, select "Process Reports"
  3. Click Add a comment and type the desired text in the Editor window
  4. Click Save and Close
  5. The Process Report comment will be printed in the "Comments" section of Quotes, Order Confirmations and Invoices
