Summary

This article describes the process by which a Solatech administrator can remove the preference setting which forces order with payments applied to be automatically synced from Roaming Workstations.

You must be running SWCS version 4.2.456 or higher
You must have installed Hot Fix 333587

Instructions

Note: These instructions must be followed on a local workstation and on each Roaming Workstation whose user(s) have the appropriate Security Profile to edit Preferences. If a Roaming Workstation user cannot see Preferences on his/her system, follow the steps on the main system and proceed with a company sync.

From within Solatech, go to File>Preferences
In the left hand column of the preferences window, select Roaming Workstations
In the right hand column, look for the section When Synchronizing Quotes and Orders
Remove the check mark to the left of "Automatically Sync quotes/orders with payments"
Press OK to save the changes and exit Preferences.
