Summary
This article will describe how to change the email address to which Online Order Processing confirmations are sent.
Note: Applies to Solatech version 4.2.0.456 and higher.
Instructions
- From within Solatech, go to File>Preferences
- In the left hand column, select Online Order Processing
- In the right hand column, select the Manage my Solatech ID button
- Click on the link "I want to change my password"
- Enter a new password of your choice
- Enter the password again to confirm
- Click OK
- You will receive notification that the password was changed
- Click OK
- Enter the new email address you would like to us in the Solatech ID box
- Click Change
- Enter the new email address in the Solatech ID box
- Enter your new password in the password box
- Click OK to exit preferences
NOTE: If the Software will not allow you to enter any text in the Solatech ID box or in the password box, click "Cancel" to exit preferences. Then reopen File>Preferences>Online Order Processing and continue.
