Summary

This article will describe how to add or change an extra line to the bottom of process reports.  Please note that only custom reports can be modified. If you are using the standard Solatech reports, please refer to this knowledge base article Modifying a Standard Process Report for complete instructions on creating a modified report.



Instructions

  • From within Solatech, go to Tasks>Manage Process Reports
  • On the Reports Center Window, select the category of output you wish to modify (i.e. Quotes)
  • Select the Report to be changed from the list in the right hand column
  • Click the Modify button in the upper right hand side of the window
  • Click the Other button on the Modify Report Window




  • On the Other Settings Window, select the Bottom of each page tab
  • Enable the Extra Line by placing a check mark in the box to the left.
  • Type your desired text in the extra line field
  • Click OK twice to exit and save your changes
