Why it was created
This hot fix installs the Review Purchase Order.prx report that is used for reviewing OOP PO's. It was not installed on some versions of 5.0.195 and 5.0.217.
It should not be required for new 5.0.217 installs downloaded on or after 8/23/2017.

SWCS 5.0.187 or 5.0.217

Where it should be installed
This hot fix should be installed on local workstations and roaming workstations.
Note: This hot fix is only required if no preview is shown when reviewing a PO to be sent via OOP.
