Summary
Beginning with version 5.0.217 of the SalesPRO software, users on the main system can keep track of the current software version on Roaming Workstation machines. An Alert feature was also added, which advises if there are any issues with Roaming Workstation machines that could effect the sync process. Occasionally, a main system user may see the alert "One or more Roaming Workstations are running a newer version of SalesPRO than this machine" even though both computers are running the same version. This Alert can occur when a roaming workstation performed a software update prior to the main system. Below are instructions to clear the alert.
Instructions
- Right click on the alert and select "Delete".
- If there is a version problem, the alert will reappear.
- If there is not and both systems are on the same version, it will not appear again.
