Summary

Occasionally a Sale will not convert to an Order, even after PO's have been sent or marked as sent.  When this happens, the Sale cannot be moved through the remainder of the Workflow.  This knowledge base article will describe the process of moving a sale that is "Stuck" to the Order status


Instructions

  1. Make a note of the sale numbers for the affected sales
  2. From within SalesPRO, go to Help and select Install Packages
  3. Enter the following Package Key: SWCS50_ConvertSaleToOrder
  4. Click the Add button
  5. Press OK
  6. Select the appropriate company and press OK
  7. Enter a sale number in the text field and press OK
  8. You will receive notification that the sale is now an order
  9. Repeat for any other sales
