Problem

SalesPRO does not respond in the expected manner after an external monitor has been disconnected.  This may happen because a certain window, such as Edit Product Item, is displayed off the main screen, on a monitor that no longer exists. 


Symptoms

This issue will manifest in various ways, depending on which items were last displayed on the external monitor.  You may click on Add Product in order entry and nothing happens.  Or you may open an existing Quote/Sale/Order and not be able to see it. 


Instructions to move the windows back on the main screen

  • While you are in SalesPRO software, press the Windows button on your keyboard and either the left or right arrows on your keyboard (image below)


  • Your missing windows will appear on the main screen
