Summary

In order to email a customer attachment from SalesPRO, you must first have the correct type of email template setup.  This article will provide instructions on that process.


Instructions

  • From within SalesPRO , go to the Setup tab.
  • Select the Email Templates icon.

  • Click on the New button.

  • In the Type drop down menu, select Employee.  Note: Only "Employee" email types will show up as available templates when emailing a customer attachment.
  • The remainder of the fields; Group, Name and Description; can be filled in with any text you would like.


 


  • You may then type in the Subject and Body as desired.
  • If you would like to use the same body as another email template, simply open up that email template, highlight the text to be copied and then clicking the copy button .



  • Next, open up your newly created Employee template and use the Paste button to paste the text.

  • You can test your new template by opening up an existing Customer Attachment.
